I love watching food videos, especially recipe and cooking videos. Even more so cooking with a wok. I don’t know why, but cooking with a wok seems like so much fun.
First up, a video of a Yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant owner that opened up a Ramen cart during the pandemic. He says that the Yakiniku restaurant was taking a big hit due to the pandemic, and he thought having a food stall out in the open would be a better bet. This video does have English translation.
Next up, how to make Japanese Tonkatsu Ramen. This guy is a Japanese Ramen Chef that puts up videos on cooking Ramen with English descriptions. He has a blog with recipes in English at Ramen Kaonashi.
Next up is a chef from Kyoto that makes a excellent looking Omurice, or Rice Omelet. The way that uncooked center of the omelet unfolds over the rice and meet is so satisfying…
And last, but not least, a curry Katsudon…
