This is a sign that you will probably see in Japan in the spring time. You will come across this sign in parks, especially if you are walking through a park in Japan in the spring. A lot of people head out in the spring to spend time outdoors and see the cherry blossoms. See down below the photo for the kanji meanings, readings, and an explanation of the words. The Meaning:

頭上注意 – caution overhead; overhead be aware; etc.

桜の木に注意してください – Please be careful of the cherry trees.
