面 (めん) – side
上にして (うえにして) – up (turn it up; up)
電子レンジ (でんしレンジ) – microwave (electric range)
へ – towards
The Meaning:
おもて面- front side; the front
この面を上にして電子レンジへ – place this side down in the microwave oven
